• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors with two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Every room is quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, They are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there are several apartment with balcony or terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them on the 6th and 7th floor has one, in total 8 rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No smoking apartments are available on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes we do have air condition with no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, external to the apartments.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola/Amerigo Vespucci airport is located approximately at 10 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we do have it but is not free of charge and operated by an external company.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20 meters from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence's main station, Santa Maria Novella, 1 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  You can use the one of the sister proprierty Continentale.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are but only if small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can do that or also you can use the Internet TV.
