We emailed from our previous location and were met promptly and shown the apartment and its attributes. Claudio and Luisa are charming and we loved every minute of our stay in Florence.

The Santa Croce location was excellent - close to everything but very quiet. Beautiful, barrel-vaulted ceiling in the apartment, and the owners were close by in case of any problems - not that we had any. I would stay there again any time.

Friendly, spacious, a few good English DVDs, tea, coffee, etc. provided, close to everything but at the same time very quiet. Very charming owners. I'd stay there again any time.

We did not bring our laptop computer with us
as we did not know broadband connection was
available in the apartment.

We have already recommended Macci to friends,
as we believe the apartment and owners to be
the best we have encountered in our travels.
