The shower stall was extremely small and enclosed by a curtain which did not prevent water from spraying onto the surrounding floor area. The only flaw in what was otherwise, quite a nice room.

The room was a very large spacious room for three. We had plenty of space. The front desk personel gave us and many others direction to many of the sights and shopping district which is only two blocks away.

Right now Floence is under contruction it would not be wise to drive into Florence. The Train station is only four or five blocks from the Hotel.

A Beautiful Hotel, very friendly, very clean.
I enjoyed Florence and coming back to a wonderful room makes your stay so much better.

Efficient check-out. The staff called a taxi for us to go to the airport and it was ready for us within minutes.

In the lobby high-speed internet access and a computer are provided at reasonable rates.
The buffet breakfast was very good but somewhat disorganized.
The room we stayed in had a beautiful antique armoire. I hope other rooms are similarly furnished.

Very convenient to trains, busses, and food. Helpful staff. Very little street noise with windows closed. The walk from the hotel to the Ponte Vecchio takes you past the major sights.

Central; seemed good value for money but unable to compare as first visit to Firenze.
Enjoyed having a balcony but would have been nicer if there had been two (as opposed to one) chair outside. But that is a minor complaint. Our room was attractive and airy and we would stay there again.
Breakfast was fairly basic compared with other places we experienced throughout the rest of our stay in Italy.
Staff at reception were very helpful and our car was parked for us which made it much easier.

The staff said they wanted my passport for an hour - this took me by surprise, being unfamiliar with the requirement, and I was loth to surrender my passport but they were very nice about it and took a photocopy and gave it back straight away.
I needed help with a tour I had booked and the staff went out of their way to help.

The room was very small but adequate except for the shower which was an incredibly small area (but that's not uncommon in Italy).
It was nice to have TV with CNN.

the room was very small. Bathroom was almost unusable. I was surprised that we did not receive a complementary continental breakfast. It was clean and convenient. I will recommend.

The front desk should be able to give you a free map of the city for walking around. a tiny, unreadable black and white map was available but was not helpful. This should be standard.

Excellent and full breakfast, walkable to all tourist attractions, ATM's, Dining options. Safes available in EVERY room. It was a great feature and every tourist is worried about their passport safety, tickets etc. knowing they are in your room is good because then no one is worried that they're at the front desk.

Difficult to find rooms - would be helpful to be taken to them.

The single room was extremely small (224). The double room (122) was very noisy because of a water tank.

1. Room was smaller than I expected from the pictures on the web site.
2. There was only one English language TV channel (CNN). Could add CNBC and BBC.
