  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In: from 9 am to 19 pm.
    Check Out: before 11:00 a.m.
    It is required to confirm the check-in time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 2 floors but there is no elevator in the building.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All the rooms are quiet, private and romantic, each has a different colour.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    One room has a terrace and the other has a courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    One room has a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Each room has a satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Each room has a direct dialling telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Each room has air conditioning and there is no extra charge for it.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is a dining room but the dinner has to be provided by the Residenza.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Each room has its own internet access.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there isn't a swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is no private parking but there is free parking nearby and many private garages very close to the Residenza.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    There are many rental car office in Borgognissanti street. It is 150 metres far from the Residenza.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence is at 10 minutes by car.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes we have a pick up service on request.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    At 30 metres in front of the Residenza there is the bus stop of electric line B or C that brings people in the historical centre.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Santa Maria Novella railway station is at 10 minutes walking distance from the Residenza.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Not in the Residenza but very close there is Parco delle Cascine, the biggest park of Florence where you can find two swimming pool, you can play tennis, go jogging, skating...
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, pets are not welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there isn't but it is possible to ask the property to organise dinner or cocktail for up to 10 people.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
