• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10.30am, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have a groundfloor and the first floor .
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The building has the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One bedroom has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes without any extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not inside, but next to our complex, and it is open all the Year.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Available on request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Santa Maria Novella railway station 10 minutes by bus.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola airport 20 minutes by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 1 minute walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella railway station 10 minutes by bus(n. 14).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not inside, but next to our complex.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
