- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, it is. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors and no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The Villa has been completely renovated and offers a wide range of facilities. Each room has its own unique style and antique furnishing, with use of the finest materials. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Most of them. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Most of them. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is no air conditioning but ceiling fans. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is a large room with walnut wood furniture and and oil paintings of Tuscan landscapes. From the windows you have wiews of the garden and the large magnolia tree. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do have an Internet point and wireless access. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Garage available (extra charge). - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent the car from the major company and ask to have the car in front the Villa. - Which is the nearest airport?
Florence Peretola (Amerigo Vespucci) airport is 10 km far from us. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do (extra charge). - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is in Via Mazzini (100 metres far from us). - Which is the nearest railway station?
We are almost in front of Firenze Campo Marte Station (Firenze C.M.). Santa Maria Novella station (the main in Florence) can be reached in 6 minutes by train. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are always welcome, please advise us before. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, we don't have restaurant in the property but the area is plenty of fine traditional and international restaurants. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
