  No breakfast ise served: complimentary tea, chocolate and coffe in the room, self service.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Maison de Charme is at 4th foor (with elevator).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All strictly private (noiseproof).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two rooms (n.1 & n.2) have a balcony over Santa Maria Novella Church.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Two of our rooms are smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, with collect call facility.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in all the rooms without any surcharge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No private parking. Toll-garage 100 mts from the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All companies at a distance of 200 mts.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport (1.5 KM).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a shuttle service from airport to SMN station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 meters (SMN station).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  50 mts SMN Railway Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, surely.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, many restaurants in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
