Good. They loaned us a guidebook about Florence for the duration of our stay.

A tray was left in the room daily with continental breakfast.
A fruit basket was available at all times.
Traffic noise was loud.

Owner and staff were wonderful, warm and helpful. They cheerfully phoned around to get information and make bookings for us. This wss above and beyond what we expected.

Between a B&B and a hotel. Spacious central hallway containing office; common room; and various bedrooms tucked away. Very secure (4 keys to access 2 outside doors, locked floor and room). Very warm, hospitable and helpful.

I would be better if the lift is bigger coz it can't accomodate all my luggage at one time
...
The lift is really SMALL...it couldn't even accomodate all my luggage at one time...
but then the room is really nice, very well-equipped, clean and tidy. Besides, its location is quite good also, coz it's just around 200 m away from the S.M.N railyway station, easy to find~

Near train station and easy to locate

We were extremely pleased with the accommodations - room was large, bathroom was spacious, clean and modern, English TV, very comfortable stay.

It is on the 4th floor, and the elevator is quite small so in case you have large luggage, it is a tight fit.
Remote controlled climate - very modern.
Bathroom is very clean and modern.

Highly highly recommend.

Clearly, the madam there is expecting us and we've got a very warm welcome. I am totally satisfied with the room since I first thought the photos on the website is somehow exaggerated to the good side... but apparently, I should have more confidence on that. Excellent location, exactly 'a 2-minutes walk' from the train station. The lift is a little bit small but then we're asians we managed to push our luggages and ourselves inside.

Excellent location... especially if you're having other trips originated from Firenze, eg. pisa, local tours, it's very near the gathering place. Spacious and clean room and bathroom, and if you're okay with some noise, ask for a room with the balcony. There's a (major, i guess) bus stop at the entrance of the main lobby so most of the time it's crowded. I definitely will stay there again next time I go to Firenze.

A great room with a nice balcony. Nice and large and airy. Great bed and mini fridge.
Would highly recommend as location was great . Close to Station and downdown a few minutes walk.

We found the accomodation very convenient to all sightseeing attractions and particularly convenient for catching the train early in the morning. We did not realise until we arrived that the room had been used by smokers and so will be more careful next time to book 'smoke free' accomodation.

You should say that it may have been occupied by smokers.

Although in a very busy traffic area, being on the 4th Floor was above the traffic noise and was not a problem. Travel ticket office next door to entrance, people hanging around B&B door entry.

Exceptional quality, spotlessly clean,good beds, modern furnishings, pre packed self service breakfast in the room. Two minutes from Rail and bus stations and 7 minutes from Domou.

Central location with exceptionally good value; very clean and spacious room. Very attentive and caring owner. Great if you want compfort and privacy without the hussle and bustle of most hotels.
