• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  A deposit of 30% of the total cost is charged to accept the booking, the balance is due on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is of five floors, there is a lift up to the fourth floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms with a wonderful view but they have to be booked with large advance.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens, towels and kitchen equipment are included.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some apartments have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All apartment are provided with colour TV but not with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have parking or garage facilities, but it is possible to reserve a parking in the nearby garage or in a day and night public parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Information given on request.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport about 8 km from the city centre.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is an electric bus LINE D, the nearest bus stop is in Via Sant'Agostino.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Central Railway Station, about 1 km from the Residence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small dogs (on request).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
