• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 12,30 to 7:00 p.m. if you think to arrive after 7:00 p.m. you have to advise the reception.
  Check Out: before 10:00 a.m. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price. It consists of: tea, coffee, camomile, toast, marmelade, coffee cream, brown and white sugar, water, orange juice, chocolates.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are on the 2nd floor, without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, each room is quiet, romantic and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a tv but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the city center.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence is at 8,5 km from the B&B.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Beccaria Square. Bus number A or 13.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella railway station is at 4 km from the B&B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
