  Yes, our rooms are equipped with telephone and colour television with CNN News.

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in every room and without any charge.

  Yes, we have an arrangement with a garage. They pick your car up on arrival and bring it back to you when you need it.

  You can rent a car in the Pisa/Florence airport or in every car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but is easy to get there.
