• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental buffet is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want to.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and there is 1 elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, specially those with the frecoes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there is a common terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but there is a common terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, but if you request on reservation we try to give you one room where nobody has smoked for a long time.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, free of extra charges.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is plenty of internet points nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, our parking is located 100 meters.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but the shuttle stops at the station (100 meters).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza dell'Unità (50 meters away).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella (150 meters from the Hotel).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many different restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
