Was very pleased with the location and quality of your Hotel. Our AC was not working properly and your staff graciously offered to relocate us to another room.
The staff was most helpful in assisting us re. the beautiful city of Florence in all areas.

A very nice hotel, with typical florentine style and perfectly located in the town, for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the bathroom was also a little bit 'medieval style', but it is not so important for a week-end.
We will come back.

The hotel is an easy walk from the train station close to all major attractions.

Very elegant. Only compalaint was noise and poor plumbing. Our toilet was broken and little water pressure for shower.
Otherwise, thank you for a nice visit.

Bathroom was so small you had to walk in sideways to get in. This contrasted with the extra learge bedroom.

Good location between railway station and Duomo. Interesting building with lots of antiques and artwork. Noisey room, even on a side street. Extra large bedroom with painted ceiling. Exceptionally small bathroom. Breakfast was average - extra charge for cappuccino.

We forgot a bag with some personal belongings, we asked the hotel to send them by taxi to a meeting point, where we waited with the bus, first they agreed, after we waited long time we called then to ask for the taxi, and then they told us that they could not send it by taxi !!!,So we had to ask them to pack it and we ordered then TNT to pick it up and send it to Denmark !!

The people who work there are very nice. The hotel is typically European - although the rooms are larger than most traditionally European hotel rooms.

The man who made the checkout was not as polite as the lady who welcomed us. I would have at least expected a formal 'thank you for staying here', but it seemed as he was actually doing us a favor by getting our money. Not impressive checkout.

The decor was tired and dated. The breakfast was minimal with no meat or cheese.

Convenient location. A warren of rooms, with many staircases, elevators. Difficult to get to our rooms especially with large bags. Mosquitos were a problem. No screens on the windows.

The receptionist was too busy with her computer to greet us and welcome us. We felt we were a distraction to her office work. It should be the other way around.

The fruit juice at breakfast was heaviliy diluted with water. This was regrettable as the other food was good. This way to save costs is very obvious and not pleasant for guests.

The receptionist could have given us more information that they could provide maps and bus tickets from the hotel.

The room was adequate for our purposes but we couldn't get very hot water from the bathroom and the lighting was inadequate as either the bulbs were failing or the electricity connection was poor.
