We arrived in the afternoon and our room was immediately ready for us. Staff were pleasant and helpful from the start. The hotel is very convenient to the train station and although we had suitcases, the walk was very manageable. And the lift at the hotel was a great help!

We were extremely pleased with Hotel Mia Cara. It was very convenient to Santa Maria train station and well within walking distance of all the major sites in downtown Firenze. The room was in very good condition with a pleasant view over the courtyard below. Staff was friendly and helpful yet nonintrusive throughout the stay. I would confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Firenze.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and the staff was wonderful. The room was a nice size for three of us as well and we all had separate beds as requested.

taking into account the general quality of Hotels in Italy, Mia Cara is a nice Hotel valuating price/quality as is a refurnished Hotel and all is almost new.
There are a lot of Hotels with same category but more expensive wich are really old.

We didnt get clean towels until our last day there, which was dissapointing.
Breakfast wasn't what we'd expected. It was very mediocre.

They were helpful with check out, allowing us to leave our bags there for time while we had breakfast out.

I'd describe the rooms as lovely, the shower was great. It was in a great location too. It wasn't bad at all.
