  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The prices are per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Continental breakfast, carefully prepared with fresh, genuine food and homemade jams, is included in the price. It is served from 7.30am to 10.00am in a spacious and elegant dining room during the cold months and in the garden during the summer. When requested, we offer breakfast with products without gluten.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You can settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, English, Portuguese.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The guest area is on two floors with elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are provided by the house and are included in the price.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    One of the rooms has a courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    One of the rooms has a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a Tv in each room and there are international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is air conditioning in each room and it is included in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, but there are public swimming pools close nearby.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    A private garage is available 50 meters from the property. Tourists staying with us are offered a special price.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at Santa Maria Novella Station.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Firenze.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No but it can be organised.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is in Via Maffei and it's calles "Maffei 3".
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Firenze Campo di Marte.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, but there is one close nearby. Guests staying with us have a discount.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small size and very well behaved pets are welcome but only in the rooms and not in common areas.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
