• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish it.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two lift in the two anex. No elevator in the main building. All buildings have just ground and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of them are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Just a few.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV in all the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, during summer (no extra cost).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have, free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, upon reservation with an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Rental companies are in the railway station area.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport is 10 km far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  100 mt (Salvemini).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The train station is just 1 km away (Santa Maria Novella).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a gym room.
• Are pets welcome?
  Just small size dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we serve only buffet breakfast.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
