• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 14.00 pm. Check-out: within 12.00 am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Normally the small breakfast buffet is not included, but particular arrangements exist which include breakfast. Carefully check your type of arrangement when booking. Guest can choose between a buffet breakfast or a small continental breakfast served in the room. Our breakfast Buffet is set up and available between 7 and 11 am.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors + ground floor, yes there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Just 4 rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. All rooms are equipped with direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In every room you can connect.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has a convenient underground garage accessible by ramp and direct entrance to the hall by elevators.
• Where can we rent a car?
  100 meters from the hotel you will find the most important car rental agencies, but if you would like, we can take care of this for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Airport of Florence, Peretola is about 6 kilometers from the hotel reached by taxi or car in approx. 15 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We don't have a shuttle service, but we can furnish a limousine or mini-van service on request for the airport as well as other excursions around the Florence area.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Porta al Prato.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The station Santa Maria Novella is about 600 meters from the hotel and easily reached on foot.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  State-of-the art fitness center with the most advanced equipment available to all guests who wish to keep in shape even while away from home Open from 7 am to 11 pm.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets, upon request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, in our restaurant you can choose from typical, traditional italian dishes in a tranquil and exclusive ambiance. If you choose to go out, our concierge will be happy to suggest a good restaurant in the area relating to your desire.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The TV monitor in the room is intergrated with a PC "Window", which consents fast navigating without telephone costs utilizzing Explorer which enables you to read documents in Word, Excel, Power Point, Acrobat; if you have a portable you can also connect to the wirelss or ADSL net, both active in every room.
