We received a warm welcome and were very pleased with our room and balcony over the courtyard. I would recommend this hotel to a friend, and we will likely return ourselves the next time we visit Florence.

Breakfasts were superb.
Staff could not have been more helpful at all times.
Room was very large ans spacious.
Bathroom extremely well equipped with jacuzzi.

An excellent hotel situated 15 minutes walk from the centre of Florence and adjacent to the river.
Luxorious accommodation with very friendly and helpful staff.

It's a preticious american style, non
typical Italian, modern with non very
spacious rooms, the staff is not well
prepared. the gym is on the lower floor in a
very dark place, the equipments are o.k. The
bathroom is very small. one day we had a
problem with the maid because i needed my
shirt ironed and the next day the room
wasn't made. I won't suggest this hotel, the
quality price is not good.

When my husband and i arrived, they made us feel like we have known the staff as family.

The rooms are beautiful. Our room in particular was extremely spacious' however, the tv was in the sitting area and would have preferred it to be in the bedroom.

One of the best in Florence, however, the property is just a little far to walk from city center after a long day of touring.
