The hotel is located in a ZTL which means an area with limited traffic access (only residents). You can drive into the ZTL to get the Hotel then you just leave the plate number at the desk to avoid to receive a fee. Parking is available for a limited number of cars, so this must be booked at time of reservation.
Coming by Car from North Italy:
From A1 Highway take exit Firenze Nord. Follow the signs for Firenze Centro. Cross the river Arno you will be on the Viali di Circonvallazione till Piazza della Libertà, then follow Viale Don Giovanni Minzoni for 68 m, turn right, follow Via Leonardo Da Vinci for 307 m and you will find Piazza Fra' Girolamo Savonarola. Follow Via Dei Della Robbia for 235 m and then turn right, following Via Degli Artisti for 76 m. You will arrive in Piazzale Donatello. Follow the roundabout Piazzale Donatello for 97 m and then take Viale Antonio Gramsci for 50 m. Turn right, follow Via Vittorio Alfieri for 148 m and then turn right taking Via Giuseppe Giusti. Turn left after 200 metres taking Borgo Pinti for 149 m and then turn right and you will arrive in Via Laura. The hotel is at number 50.
Coming by Plane:
The Airport Amerigo Vespucci of Florence is 5 km far from the city centre. The shuttle bus which will take you to the main railway station S.M.Novella, from where you can take a bus n. 31 or 32 up to via Della Colonna. Get off at the middle of via Colonna and turn right into via Laura. We are on the right hand side of the street at number 50.
Coming by Train:
The nearest railway station is Santa Maria Novella. From there you can catch a taxi or bus number 31 or 32 up to via Della Colonna. Get off at the middle of via Colonna and turn right into via Laura. We are on the right hand side of the street at number 50.
If your baggage is heavy you can catch a taxi (there are some taxi stands next to the railway station). |
