• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our price includes a buffet breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  We aim to keep our guests comfortable, that's way heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill upon arrival or at the check-out time.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish are spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has two floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet, private and the romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All towels and bed linen are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a terrace available for all the guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there is a terrace off the sitting room at our guests' disposal.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Most guests feel that televisions are intrusive to the atmosphere of Florence, that's way in our rooms there is no television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air-conditioned. There is a small daily charge for this (5 Euro).
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Guests often enjoy breakfast on the terrace during periods of fine weather.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We expect to develop this facility in the near future. We offer a little Internet point in the sitting room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no pool in the property.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have no parking as we are in the historical centre of Florence. There are public garages nearby where guests can conveniently leave their cars.("Parterre" in Piazza della Libertà or "Bargello" in via Ghibellina.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All the main rental companies have local offices. We are pleased to advise on an individual basis.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence Airport, which is a few minutes away by bus or taxy. Pisa Airport is about an hour away by train.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Most of our guests arrive by taxi or by bus from the station. Sorry, we do not have any dedicated service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Piazza dei Cimatori (a few steps away us).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Santa Maria Novella (10 min. walking distance or a short taxi ride).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there are many fitness centers in the surroundings which we are pleased to recommend.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small very well behaved pets are welcome. Please check they do not interfere with the peace and comfort of other guests.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many many quality restaurants within walking distance.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have direct dial facilities in all rooms.
