By Air: We are 4 miles (8Km) far away from Florence Airport. From the airport to the main station there is a direct city-bus. If you prefer you can get a taxi.
By Train: We are about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the train station of Santa Maria Novella. You can enjoy a pleasant stroll if your luggage is not too heavy! Otherwise the electric Bus line "A" stops just in front of our door. If you prefer you can get a taxi (in this way after a long trip you do not need to carry heavy luggage around Florence). If you decide to walk from the main train station, walk along via Panzani then continue straight on (via Cerretani) until you reach the Cathedral. On the right side of the Cathedral you will find via Calzaiuoli. Turn left in Via Dé Tavolini and at the end of this street you will see the "American Express Agency". We are located on the right hand side of the agency after 300 metres (Dante Alighieri Street n.12).
By Car: From the exits Firenze Nord of the Highway 1 follow the main signs "Viali di Circonvallazione" and then "Centro-Stazione". Once you reach Santa Maria Novella railway station, follow for the Duomo. We suggest you to park your car at one of the following garages: at the railway station, Parterre (at the Piazza Libertà) or the Bargello (Via Ghibellina). |
