| Florence city tax (imposed by the city of Florence): EUR 2 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Your breakfast costs euro 7.00 per person and it will be served in your room, no extra cost: Espresso, milk, Hot Brioches ,biscuits, butter, jam, honey, low-fat yogurt, nutella, red orange juice. Tea/Coffee making facilities are included in the price.Parking is not included in the price.The Wellness Center( Not included) is at 300 mts walking distance from our Guest House.WiFi Ultra Speed Internet Connection available.Check in : Check in :N4U Guest House is not a Hotel, every person is given a personal welcome.Check-in is available from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. However, you can check-in outside these hours from 6.00 p.m. until 9.00 p.m. with an add cost of 30,00 euro, from 9.00 p.m. until 11.00 p.m. with an add cost of 60,00 euro and later than 11.00 p.m. with an add cost of 95,00 euro if you inform us in advance of your arrival time by email at info@n4uguesthouse.com |

| Cancellation Policy | |
Per cancellazione effettuata a meno di 15 giorni prima dell'arrivo oppure in caso di mancato arrivo, penale dell' importo totale . In case of cancellation made with less than 15 days before arrival or no show: penalty of total amount. For NOT REFUNDABLE rooms the entire amount of the stay will be charged on your credit card at reservation time.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
