• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our generous freshly-prepared (no coffee from vending machines) continental breakfast is not included in the price. For a small extra cost we offer yoghurt, a selection of breads and/or pastries with butter and jams, honey, nutella and red orange juice. If you have particular dietary requirements or you'd prefer something else for breakfast please let us know beforehand and we will do our best to satisfy you (but sorry no cooked English-style breakfasts!).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the bill can be settled upon arrival .
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors - ground, first and second: there is no lift .
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  N4U Guest House is a wonderful House, quiet and very charming and romantic place.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there is no terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there is no balcony either.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The room is non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No TV in the room, but there are books and Tv and dvd in the Library - TV Lounge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't but if you need to use the phone for brief calls you can use ours.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we don't. There are plenty of internet cafes nearby; we are happy to look up train times etc for you.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, N4U Guest House has an according with very close Beauty and SPA with indoor swimming pool!
• Is parking or garage available?
  N4U Guest House is in the historical centre and consequently does not provide parking; there are 3 cheap parking near us at 100 mt distance.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Either at Florence or Pisa airport or in the city centre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport at Peretola is the closest airport (taxis and buses bring you to the city centre) but Pisa airport is also well connected to Florence (bus and train.)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  N4U Guest House is in the historical centre and consequently is near to the all bus stop
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella , Main Rail Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  N4U Guest House has an according with a Beauty and SPA with hammam, indoor swimming pool and sauna.The SPA is at 200 mt form us.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't but there are plenty closeby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there is no wifi connection in the room.
