• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 7am until midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room and night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Mediterranean breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, it is not possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Some of them have an overwhelming view of the famous Dome.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No but we collaborate with a public parking close to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At two minutes to the hotel there is a car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola, Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but the city shuttle stops only 3 minutes away.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The main railway station "Santa Maria Novella" is at a five minutes walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
