• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 1.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11:00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Included in the price.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Japanese and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3d floor, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Quiet, private, and very romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have one panoramic terrace from where you can enjoy stunning views of the Duomo.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  You can smoke in every rooms and in the restaurant.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have a TV in each room, no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We have to your disposal our breakfast room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several rentals nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are a lot of bus stops nearby (1 minutes walking).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella station (in 10 minites by walk).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  On request we can prepare your dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
