• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rate is meant per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our delicious continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. The bill can be settled any time before departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors in the building and there is no lift. If this is a problem, please ask for our ground floor(street level) rooms.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No., they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have a TV with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not but an Internet point is located in the same building.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not but we have special deals with nearby parking facilities.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Most rental companies are located about 350 meters from the hotel. The concierge will help you with the reservation.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence-Peretola is the nearest airport and it is about 5 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is about 80 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella is the nearest train station and it is about 250 meters away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size, well mannered pets are most welcomed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
