From Siena:
At the end of the 4 lane road go around the rotary and take HWY A-1 direction SUD (Rome) go out at the first exit Firenze Sud and the follow the same directions as "FROM ROME".
From Rome: (HWY A-1 - Exit Firenze Sud).
Go straight from toll station until a traffic light. Make a sharp left at the traffic light and go straight until Hotel Mediterraneo. At that light they will make you go to the right. You have to drive on boulevards that will change name at every square. So, you start with Viale Amendola that will lead to into Piazza Beccaria and into Viale Gramsci, Piazzale Donatello, Viale Matteotti and finally in Piazza della Libertà. You go around the square until its 2nd light and then straight. You aim the Hotel Porta San Gallo. Turn left into Via Lorenzo Il Magnifico. At the next light go left and at the next one cross the blvd and you will drive into Via Santa Caterina D'Alessandria, go straight into Piazza Indipendenza and in Via Nazionale. At the end of Via Nazionale - at the light, go left around a round flower bed. You will see a Grand Hotel Baglioni. Catch the path that will lead you in front of that hotel in Piazza dell'Unità. Go around this square and take Via Sant'Antonino (the 2nd street). Turn left at the 1st corner from Via Sant'Antonino and the hotel is another 70 meters away in Via Faenza. |
