We didn't use the website. We had been there
before so stayed because of this.

Nice, hotel - great location, friendly,
helpful staff. Great coffee but the breakfast
is lacking - bread only, which may not suit
all travellers. If there was a nicer breakfast
this hotel would be perfect.

Hotel conveniently situated within walking distance of the railway station. As there was no lift, I was given a room on the first floor instead of one on the second floor, which suited me well.

The hotel was situated conveniently close to all the interesting attractions of Florence. My room was fine for that grade of hotel and although the hotel is in a busy part of the city, I was not at all bothered by any noise.
