• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7pm, Check Out before 8am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self catering. But we have an agreement with a catering service for home delivery of breakfast (cost not included in the price).
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  30% of the payment must be done at the moment of the reservation and will be taken as security deposit till the end of your staying, so 100% will be paid at the moment of check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Apartments are disposed on five floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are particularly calm and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided. Change of linen and towels is made every week (for 1-2 week rentals)
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, nearby the estate parking is available only on payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby the estate or at Florence railway station/airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence A. Vespucci airport 7 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Ognissanti.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze S.M.N. 1 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
