I cannot praise Lucca, Francesca and David, along with their staff, enough for the overcaring and simply, great service. I feel that we came as a stranger and left as a friend. Everyone was especially kind to my mother and ailing husband. I cannot wait to return............

Dear World By,
The apartment was very nice and in a great location. We were informed how to work the appliances and all was well. The apartment could have used a few more lamps as the only one was not working. There was only 3 forks so we needed to use the plastic ones we had from the plane. Luckily we had them.

The location was better than we expected. It is near the river and in walking distance to all the attractions. It is in a great part of town - safe and quiet.

The voucher should state more clearly when and where one has to check in. I did not call previously (my mistake) and so it was by pure chance that someone was in the house and could tell me where the agency was (luckily, it was around the corner and staffed)

We were very satisfied with all aspects--staff was extremely helpful and always available; apartment was in pristine shape and quiet.
The only thing that could be improved is providing small things needed in the kitchen that one doesn't necessarily want to buy for a week--coffee filters (impossible to find anyway), trash bags, salt/pepper, household paper etc.
One aspect of the web description I would change: the living room is not large; it is good-sized.

Excellent location, just a bit outside the more crowded areas. Elegant palazzo, with apartment in pristine condition. Tastefully appointed and quiet. Most helpful staff.

Mention should be made that Via Montebello is one way. it took us ages to discover we could only get to the apartments by turning left by the Grand george? hotel .It is not at all visible.

It took several phone calls to get all needed information and to have someone in the location. We did not have a cell phone with us...

There were some very loud neighbors that did not go to bed till 2-3 in the morning.
And lots of mosquitoes we were not prepared for that.

Once again we had to call and go to a different location to pay for the apartment nobody made any attempt to contact us.

You need to let people understand that there is no office at the address and there going to be a lot of phone conversations before you get the key to the apartment.

great location for touring Florence. The accomodations were very nice, clean and the washing machine was a real plus.

The office for these apartsments is down the block and around the corner. This information is not posted in a prominent location and caused some confusion for check-in.

We did not see any staff during the week we were there. An occasionally check to see if we needed more towels or to take out the trash would have been helpful.

Check out was very smooth. We were told to just leave the keys in the apartment.
