• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from midday until 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. It is possible to have breakfast served at the table in the Tea room at the Antica Pasticceria Maioli, in front of our B&B, at a special price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, and also air conditioning.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have rooms at second floor with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very quite and close to Old Bridge of Florence.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide lines and towels service every 2 day.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have it.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at reception free service.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available close to the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Borgognissanti Street - 5 minutes from here.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 15 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Santa Maria Novella" main station of Florence, 10 minutes on foot.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
