• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes Breakfast is included. We give you a voucher for Cafè RIVOIRE (standard breakfast).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes if you desire.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Russian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floor and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes linens, towels and soap set.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are some non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV on request (No extra charge).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  En-suite rooms have air conditioning without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No but there are many garages around the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask at the staff.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but on request we can arrange it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 20 meters away from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella central train station is at 15 minutes walking distance from our B& .
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but we are in the very heart of Florence and the area is plenty of good Italian Restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
