Hotel degli Orafi is an ancient Florentine residence, situated between the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio, on the Archibusieri Arno embankment. The complex still hold historical outlets, which date back to the 13th century, such as the oly Agostino's Father convent and enclosure. Inside the hotel, recently and carefully restored, marvellous frescoes and ceilings built and painted during the Florentine period.

Particulars views on the Arno embankment, Ponte Vecchio with its goldsmith's shops, Georgofili Academy, Palazzo Vecchio, the ancient Medici residence, Vasary Gallery and Brunelleschi Dome are offered. A remarkable "jewel" you can admire is the ancient medioeval tower destroyed by the Ghibellines in 1260 and partially recovered today.

Particularly precious the Florentine’s manufacture “cassettone’s ceilings” and the breakfast lounge with frescoes and coffered ceiling dating back to the 19th century faces faces the Lungarno and Ponte Vecchio. From the roof garden, situated on the 5th floor, a splendid panorama can be seen both on the roofs of the ancient city and its monuments, and on the Florentine hills.
