• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 6pm until 7.30pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in price and it may be continental or English.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and a little Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and changed twice in one week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms have no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All B&B is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No television in rooms, if you need we have a TV in living-room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, every room has his own air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Sometimes and on reqest.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking available, and free parking at 100 metres.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Santa Maria Novella Station and in P.za Ferrucci.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze Peretola.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Coluccio Salutati no.1.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Campo di Marte.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we can suggest you a large choice of restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
