I am not sure what is on the website, my travel agent arranged this hotel. Strong points were the excellent coffee in the morning (with a sweet lady taking care of us), the good beds (excellent matrasses), the friendly receptionist, the location, the beautiful interior, the feeling of staying in a friend's house instead of in a hotel. I would go stay in this hotel again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was excellant, very accomadating, helpful and cheerful. The breakfasts were excellent. our room was spotless, comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and others. We cannot say enough of the wonderful staff. They made us feel at home. The hotel was in walking distance to everything and was in a great part of town.

A very rewarding experience staying in this hotel. Clean, beautiful rooms, cheerful and wonderful staff, excellent breakfast in a lovely dining room overlooking a lovely patio. Close to everything in the city, in a nice part of town. A highly recommended place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is quiet, comfortable and very well located for exploring Florence. The staff on reception are more than just helpful, going out of their way to assist with queries, taxis and so on.
The Terrazzo downstairs is delightful and a great place to have breakfast or drink after work / tourism. The lady who serves drinks there (and also sells a selection of vintage clothes) is charming.

Probably not the cheapest place to stay in Florence, but worth every penny for location, efficiency and comfort.

we were most pleased with everything. Barbara N. was just great. she set us up with a private english speaking driver who was the best, his name was francesco. Barbara also helped us plan our days in the siena/ Tuscany area. Renna in the bar area was also very nice. Thank you again for making our stay so wonderful

The staff was friendly and helpful despite being very busy with Fashion Week. They suggested services, tours, places to visit and to eat. Twice staff members called a car so that we could arrive on time for dinner reservations. Words I would use to describe the staff: professional, intelligent, friendly, helpful, charming. We asked to arrive a day early. The staff welcomed us graciously. Our bill was only slightly higher than expected.

Because of a travel delay my niece arrived one day ahead of us. The staff made her feel welcome and safe and made sure she was settled in. Her first day on her own they helped with directions and eating recommendations.

This is a wonderful hotel on a quiet street but accessible to everything. The staff was extremely attentive and the rooms were quite spacious. With a room overlooking the garden terrace it was the quintessential Italian experience.

I didn't realize that the 'shower' was a 1/2 bathtub with a hand held sprayer and no curtain. In the picture it looks like a full shower. This was a real dissapointment in the room. Otherwise the room was kept quite clean and for the price was not a bad deal. They did have a nice breakfast included.
