• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 1pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price (except for the Apartment Chalet Agrifoglio). During the summertime is served outside in the terrace.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes. heating included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is 1 floor without a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them are quiet, romantic, with a lovely view and very private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a 200 mq terrace in the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in all the rooms there is TV. Satellite TV is available in Apartament Chalet.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning is available in Apartament Chalet and Room Superior.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is a terrace but the lunch/dinner are not served here.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, Is open from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking in the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are grocery stores and supermarkets at 300 meters away from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport ia at 9 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.

  The nearest bus-stop is at 200 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest reailway station is S.M.Novella in Florence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
