The directions on the website using the city buses is incorrect. The directions state to take bus number 25. This is incorrect. This bus stops about 1 mile before the B&B. The correct bus to take is 25A. As well, 25A is not indicated anywhere at the bus station. If you stand by the 25 pole the 25 bus will eventually come by.
This was extremely frustrating.

Verify the directions! The last thing a foreign tourist wants to do is to figure out what should be correctly stated.
If I remember correctly, the bus stop to get off at was not clear. I dont think it was wrong but not clear enough.
One tip you may want to include is that you have to ring the bell for the bus to stop at the bus stop. If you are so busy trying to read the names of the stops you may not remember to do this and the bus will keep going.

The B&B was excellent with excellent view of the country side and very quiet. My wife and I felt very comfortable staying at this B&B.

Directions were not complete. Once we took off the bus, it was not at all clear how to reach the house. Plus, contact person waiting for us at the house was not able to talk in English. Even though she was very nice it was frustrating talking to her.

View from the house was excellent. Location was very good as well. We did not have a private bathroom, but we had one just outside the room. Overall we had great time.

That site was so beautiful. The host/hostess were extremely welcoming and friendly and we had a comfortable, breathtaking, relaxing time. The site and the people showed us the culture of Italy and the beauty. I would definately recommend it and go there again. The only issue was that they don't provide any fans, so it was extremely hot throughout the night, so we had to open the windows and mosquitos had their day with us. I would suggest atleast fans be provided for the guests. Besides that, it was wonderful.

You should maybe add that staying at a resident home gives you the true cultural experience.

1st night was in a new room, with a defect for isolation between an another one. It was very noisy.
The problem was solved for us by moving to another room (Following apreciation is related to this second room.
I trust the staff to solve definitevely the matter.

The couple who welcomed us were very friendly. You can arrive by bus but a car was very useful as the buses become scarce in the evenings.
It would be nice if some indication on the main road was indicated like 'B and B La Paggeria' for example.
Otherwise the place was great

Paolo and Antonella were very hospitable.They joined us for breakfast which was unusual.Directions to the house were unclear and could be improved. The house name could have been displayed more prominently with the car parking area identified.The restaurants in the village were not recommended by Paolo but we found them to be excellent! The house is ideal for bus travel into Florence to avoid the frustrations of driving a car into the city.

The views from the terrace are spectacular.
The bed was only a threequarter size which was satisfactory but we would have liked a full double bed. Also the ensuite was adjacent not attached meaning that we had to go on to the landing and then into the bathroom.

Better directions from the motorway AND once into the village as the road the house is on can be passed by easily.

Comfortable, magnificent views, ideal for travelling into and out of Florence by bus or car.
Very friendly and welcoming owners.

THE ONLY COMMENT I WOULD HAVE TO MAKE IS IN REGARDS TO THE BUS SERVICE FROM FLORENCE TO THE HOTEL AS WE WERE REALLY NOT AWARE OF HOW INFREQUENT THIS SERVICE WAS.THESE BUSES DO NOT RUN PASSED THE EARLY HOURS OF THE EVENING,WHICH MEANT A TAXI WAS NEEDED OR WE HAD TO WALK FROM A STOP MUCH FURTHER DOWN THE HILL,ON A CURVY THIN DARK ROAD.(VERY DANGEROUS)

EXTREMEMLY WELL KEPT PROPERTY-VERY WELCOMING AND COSY.SET IN THE BREATHTAKING TUSCAN LANDSCAPE AND PROVIDING THE MOST UNBELIEVABLE VIEWS.THE ACCOMODATION WAS VERY QUAINT/CLEAN AND QUITE UNIQUE,AND THE OWNERS DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO MAKE OUR STAY AS COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING AS POSSIBLE.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND LA PAGGERIA.

A little terasse or garden with 2 chairs in the front of the 2 new rooms would be great! - only a little suggestion for Antonella&Paolo!
The parking should not be infront of these two new rooms, but I'm sure that in few month they will find another good solution.

A little bit cheese or salami for breakfast would be also fine! Men from Germany+Austria don't eat jam or sweety things in the morning! - only a suggestion for Antonella&Paolo
