• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in 14:00 and Check-out 12:00.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room, taxes included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. You can settle the bill before or on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors in the building (ground floor including) and there is an elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Quieter rooms are at the back of the hotel and the hotel is located in a relatively quiet area. All the rooms are charmingly decorated.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The building does not have any terrace and courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The building does not have any balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do not have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The rooms have TV. There is no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The rooms have direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The rooms have air conditioning, with no extra charge.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is no Internet point in the property, but there are several Internet/E-mail points in the surrounding area of the Property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. The garage Europa, nearby, costs Euro 20.00 per 24 hours.
• Where can we rent a car?
  To rent a car there are several rent-a-car points on the parallel road, only some minutes walking distance.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is A. Vespucci Florentine Airport, almost 6 Km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. The airport can be reached by Taxi (15-20 minutes) or by bus from the railway station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 100 metres far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the Central S.M. Novella station, 400 metres far (5-10 minutes walking distance).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome, after request to the manager, and for an extra fee.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. Outside the property, in the vicinity, there are several restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. From the room you can use the telephone plug to connect to Internet.
