I stayed a week and felt very comfortable and cared-for during our stay. I speak very little Italian and this was never a problem as all staff spoke decent English. The Hotel is close by every major attraction and is just a block from the Arno River.

Lovely accommodations in a small and efficiently run hotel well worth the price. Your stay will be made comfortable by the caring family of owners that are always responsive to your needs.

The owners and staff are the best. They always make you feel at home and do everything possible to make your stay with them and in Florence a great experience.
This is our 5th trip to Florence and our 3rd at the Pagnini. The other hotels were rated higher but I will not stay anywhere else. We have recommended the Pagnini to friends and relatives and they have all thanked us for the recommendation.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. The only negative experience was out of their control. 5 steps outside of the hotel a young man grabbed my derriere as he walked by on the street. Sigh.

It was a very nice hotel within short walking distance of the train station. The service was very good and they make good lattes at breakfast.

This is a family-run hotel, with emphasis on family. Each member of the Cinelli family was gracious, warm & helpful. The two daughters speak English.

This is an impeccably clean, well run hotel located in a great area of Florence. It is easy to walk anywhere & there are wonderful restaurants & shops in the neighborhood. We liked it because it wasn't a huge hotel. It has personality & it felt like home at the end of the day.

Great location for people arriving by train, and exploring the city.Quiet side street. Not many restraunts or shops in immediate area. Good value overall.

The position marked on the map was incorrect, if slightly, which meant we double-tracked with heavy suitcases and arrived a little more tired than we had hoped.

It is much nearer to the touristic centre of the city than the map may imply, and we found it an easy and interesting walk to get to the sights.

The map to the location was not any help at all. Please come up with something better.

The hotel and staff were just as described. The map made the location seem closer to sites than it actually was and was no help at all with driving.
The continental breakfast was better than had been described.

Staff were very helpful. They were able to give us verbal instructions on how to get out of town that were far better than any map provided on the web.

The parking garage Europa was just around the corner and very easy to get in and out of. If you're driving, this is a huge plus! The rooms were very neat and clean, but not sumptuous. They fit our needs well as we spent all of our time out in the city. The staff were all very nice and ready to accomodate. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I would rate the Pagnini a 6. I have nothing negative to say about our experience there. Florence is a beautiful city.
