There is no reception area within the building, but she lives in the property and is always present for the check in. Information on car rental, tours in Chianti and Tuscany, as well as nearby restaurants, Italian cooking lessons and visits to museums can be arranged with her. |
 Every three days, the linens inside the apartments are changed, and for an extra cost you may request the daily make-up of your bedroom. Luggage storage, city maps and baggage service to all floors are some of the details granted.
