• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Of course you may settle the bill upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are at first and second floor of the building. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Three of them are facing a wonderful and quiet garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No the rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have only non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apts have satellite Lcd Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in every apts. No extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a conventioned garage nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz, Avis, Europcar are the nearest rentl agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport is the closest one.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have a pickup shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza San Marco is the nearest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Santa Maria Novella is the main railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Jacuzzi are supplied in every bathroom.
• Are pets welcome?
  No pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes we have internet connections in every room.
