• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Check in 12.00 a.m. till 07.30 p.m.
  Check-out: before 8.30 am.
  
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors and there is one elevator.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are some romantic apartments with frescos.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The Penthouse suite has 2 balconies; one of them overlooking the Duomo.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  A/C in each apartment at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a dining room in each apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can plug your laptop in your apartment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with a garage nearby (cost per day changes according to the type of car).
• Where can we rent a car?
  All the major rental car companies have an office in town: our reception staff can help you with rental car reservations.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  FLR: Amerigo Vespucci Florence Airport (7 km from Palazzo Gamba).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can organize it with private car and driver (please contact Palazzo Gamba for prices).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  15 m from Palazzo Gamba.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella, the main railway station in Florence, is at about 800 m from Palazzo Gamba.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
