• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Daily price per suite.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all suites are particularly romantic and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Fresco Suite on the ground floor has its own private small garden, passing through the Palace's inner court.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private garage in the Palace and Valet service available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Upon arrival in Florence at the airport or very close to the railway station in Florence. The reception can make the reservation for the guest.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola Airport, 5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request at an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Close to the Palace.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze SMN, 5 min. by taxi or car.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  A gym yes but no SPA.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
