We traveled and stayed in several cities in Italy. The Palazzo Magnani Feroni was our absolute favorite. It made our stay in Florence wonderful. My daughter lost all of her rings in Lucca one day, and the concierge spent a good part of the next day locating the restaurant and contacting them about the rings. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. We were greeted promptly each time we returned to the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Florence. The location is also perfect for seeing everything. Thank you.

The rooftop bar is so wonderful. We had drinks up there at the end of the day, and were so awed at the views of Florence. We kept taking pictures of the sunset, had a wonderful time.

A wonderful old world suite with a large sitting room and large bedroom. Very clean and well decorated. A beautiful view of Florence from the rooftop bar makes a wonderful end to a hectic sight-seeing day. All of the employees were wonderful.

What a palace! My wife and I have traveled a good amount, but this was one of the nicest expriences we have ever had, the hotel was beautiful, the staff extrodinarily helpful, and the rooms magnificent!
We can not wait to go back, please do not tell anyone else about this hotel as I want to keep it as out little secret.

The only problem that we had it was that the staff couldn't get tickets for the Ufizzi Gallerie. I think that it would be a good idea that you reach an agreement with them in order to have always tickets available for the guess.

The stay was wonderful _ we have been in hotels all over the world, but the Palazzo is our highlight. We go back as soon as possible. Atmosphere, people made our stay unforgettable. As my husband has to work at the university of Florence from time to time we are looking forward to come back at springtime!

The only thing I was disappointed about my stay is the 40.00 euro charged for one night of parking my car, which I was not made aware of the fee ahead of time.

A wonderful Palazzo with beautiful facilities and big rooms very well appointed and very attentive and fine staff always there to make your stay enjoyable. Many extras such custom soaps, music CD's for your room, and a great terrace with a fantasic view of the city at night. Great location!

In my entire life, I have never been as satified with a hotel as I was this one. Annalisa was especially accommodating. If we ever go back to Florence we will stay at this hotel again.

A few small details... There was only one instance I was dissapointed in. I had some clothing that was altered at a nearby store. I was on a tight schedule and asked if the seamstress could drop it off at the hotel since she was driving over anyway. I asked the receiptionist to call which she did. The seamstress was a bit confused and could not accomodate my request. I was surprised that someone at the hotel was not available or didn't offer to pick up my things, even for a fee.
I would have liked access to an iron for quick touch up. As the hotel only sends out for laundering this was not possible.
I had asked over the internet for some assistance in locating some evening music or cultural entertainment, I never got any help with this.
Also, I thought the car charge was really high, $40 EU / night for car storage! They should have made this clear.
Otherwise, the hotel was truly magnificent, the staff was friendly, the private rooftop deck with waiter was great, the suite was spacious, the maid service excellent, the breakfast was very nice. The Salon with coffe was a nice touch as was the personal soaps and newspapers. The location was fabulous and the quiet. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends. It was a very convenient way to book a hotel and the whole experience was great. Thank you for your website.

Staying at the Hotel Palazzo Magnani Feroni
is an experience you won't forget. From the minute you are greeted by the bellman and escorted up to your room, you will feel like royalty. If you want to see Florence in style, choose this hotel. What a treat to stay in the gorgeous surroundings.
Some of the other large 5 star hotels, are located on the Arno, which can have a lot of road noise, this hotel is in a nice convenient, quiet location.

The directions on the map were not very helpful, particularly because the map could not be printed, for some reason. The hotel made up for this by sending a taxi to meet us and to lead our car to the hotel, even offering to pay for the cab!

Our only criticism during the entire stay was that there was a faint smell of bad plumbing in the bathroom. Considering the investment the owners had made in providing bathroom fixtures of the highest quality, this was a noticeable and regrettable shortcoming. Perhaps this was a spring startup problem??

I was so impressed by my Palazzo Magnani Feroni that I have encouraged anyone I know to stay there. It is one of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. Everthing was above my expectations. We were made to feel so welcome and so special. I will definitely make a point to return there.
The CD's and the personal soap and the Bulgari products in the bathroom are a very, very nice touch.

The breakfast was lovely. The best fruit salad I've had.
The only possible thing I can think of that could be improved is the rooftop terrace. The service was superb and the view amazing. But the terrace itself could use some work - possibly some potted plants and something on the walls to give it a bit more atmosphere. The tables need glass table tops on them as the drinks are hard to balance on the rattan.

I would tell them that I felt like royalty. That the suite was so beautiful I didn't want to leave it. I just want to stay and breathe in the beautiful scent in the air and take in all the beauty in the rooms. The location was superb and the views from the terrace was so beautiful.

perhaps one note, the terrace and the magnificent view that is offers if available only by a few flights of stairs. No elevator access. Not a problem for me, but perhaps with the elderly or physically challenged.

An authentic stay in a historical palazzo. Location was superb for two reasons. Close to an abundance of excellent restaurants and secondly, situated across the river in a quieter area of Florence.

We were greeted by the manager who took us to our suite. She explained all of the amenties offered at the Palazzo and then took us on a tour of the lovely public rooms, including the breakfast and sitting rooms. We were instantly made to feel like welcome guests.

Our accommodations were so nice that we looked forward to coming back to our suite after being out. In fact, we cut some of our shopping and sightseeing trips short so that we could relax and just enjoy our beautiful rooms. The Palazzo Magnani Feroni was one of the highlights of our trip and I will always remember it fondly.

very good, I did not like though the 30% deduction incase reservation were cancelled five days before and then more percentage if closer to date. I had to persuade my husband to book there since he wanted a hotel where incase something goes wrong and we could not travel, we dont have to pay this high percentage. I think this could be a problem for some people/

The website doesn't do justice to the hotel - the fact that it was a family home, that it only has 11 suites, etc etc. The hotel combines cheerful, practical family-run hospitality with 5 star service and attention to detail. I'd recomend it to anyone - but it's hard to get this acoss via a website.

The room was fabulous. The bathroom would have been fabulous as well if the shower wasn't smaller that the size of an average telephone booth. The bathroom was large enough to accommodate a bathtub and a large shower. This was the only complaint we have of the facility.
