• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 11:00 to 22:00
  Check-out: before 10:00 a.m. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italian Breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The house is divided into 3 different levels/floors, sorry no lift avilable.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The suite has a beautiful terrace with a table and chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but the suite has a gorgeous terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a colour TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air-conditioning and it is already included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The breakfast room can be used as dining room, if you wish we can put together all the tables.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there is a parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby you can find several car rentals.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence's International Airport is located 7 km away and there is a shuttle to the central station. Otherwise there is Pisa airport that is 100 km away but with a direct train to Florence central station.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but from Florence airport there is a public shuttle to the city centre.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Buffalini is 100 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence "Santa Maria Novella" Station is 1 km aaway.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  From the telephone.
