• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A full buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors. Only one floor with guest rooms, but we do not have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and very romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but all of them have a window with a beatiful views of Tuscan hills, Certosa monastery and historic centre of Florence.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in all the rooms, but there are not international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Florence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze Peretola (A. Vespucci FLR), at about 15 km.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Località Bottai.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella station at about 7 km.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size dogs are welcome in the rooms, but not in the public areas.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yhe restaurant room is available only or request (please contact us before your arrival).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
