• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the daily rate of a room with breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a breakfast buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you will pay at the moment of check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, french, german.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  there are 4 floor and we have an elevator, even if till the end of august 2004 is temporary out of order for its full substitution.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite color TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, with any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a garage nearby, available for an extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence or at Pisa & Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence, 20 minutes driving.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
