• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Soggiorno La Pergola is located on the first floor of an 18th century building, and there is not a lift.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Soggiorno La Pergola has all the rooms with TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, every room is equipped with air conditioning included in the price.
  
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an Internet Point close to the Hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You cannot park the car in the centre of Florence. We have a special agreement with a local garage close to the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Via Borgo Ognissanti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport is 8 km far, Pisa airport is 80 km far from the Hotel.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. There is a public shuttle from the airport to the railway station every 20 minutes.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via della Pergola, only 50 m from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
