• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm (we kindly ask our guests to communicate a range of two hours during which we will be at disposal in order to wait for them).
  Check-out: before 11.30 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, french and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes both rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, everything is provided by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have a TV but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is only in the room under to the roof.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Only the parking inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, please ask to the housekeeper for any informations.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence, just 20 minutes away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Antella, 1 km from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Campo di Marte at Florence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
