We had the most wonderful time stopping at Villa Peruzzi certainly one that will stick in our memories for along time. The Villa was wonderful the surroundings wonderful, my only disapointment was the noise of the traffic nearby. I would definately consider going there again. A friend stayed there before us and recommended it. Please pass on our delight to the owner. ... i have said it all above. ... none ... no ... delightful and show them the large amount of pictures it is like something out of a movie

Landlady was not at her best phisycal moment, as she was suffering from her legs and it was painful for her to climb stairs and walk, so we cannot give an advice on how a normal welcome could have been. ... Same as above. This villa is wonderful, the place and the views too. Room was OK, only the bathroom was not as expected. We had dinner once and it was perfect. Breakfast was good, always high quality food and fine details. ... We paid less than stated in the voucher -or we were invited to the dinner. I told it to the service lady, but it was OK, so what can I say? ... Good acommodation in an impressive villa, close to Florence by car, yet in the silent hillsides. Try their excellent cooking.

of all the sites I visited to find a place to stay in italy your site was very inviting because of the layout. and easy to use. I am not an experianced user of computers and web sites. ... our hostess was there to greet us with cool water and a welcoming attitude. we had done alot of traveling that day and she didn't keep us long to welcome us but showed us our accomidations and gave us clear directions to a place for a quick lunch. she was awesome. ... we are non smokers, so this may have bothered us and no one else. At nite the ciggarete smoke came right up to our room . ... at this time the property is undergoing alot of reconstruction. ... no surprises. got what I expected. ... an awesome castel in the hills of italys wine country.

Our host gave us excellent directions, and even offered to meet us right off the autostrada, to show us the way. The directions were so good, we didn't need her assistance. ... Maria offered us many suggestions to help us with our sight seeing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very kind and gave us great recommendations for sightseeing options. The lodging and breakfast was good. I have done lodging researches and made other reservations with your website. You have very good details and a well organized website. ... Good location/base for visiting the other Chianti areas. Very quiet and beautiful area. There are not very many options close by for meals but we were recommended one good Italian resturant.

First class - wonderful location. As previous 5star hotel owners ourselves, a little more attention to detail would upgrade our opinion of Villa Peruzzi from good to excellent. ... Charming, old world a typically Tuscan.

We found that the place was steeped in history, and Maria (the owner) was very helpful and could speak excellent English. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. I would/have recommend this accomodation. ... There was a little bit of renovation work taking place, but it did not really disturb our stay. The swimming pool was not open, bearing in mind we went late March. ... Beautiful, quiet place alot closer to Florence than expected. The breakfast was lovely, and staff very polite with high standard of English.

I think they need to change a towel in the room everyday. If bath amenities are availble, it is more helpful for customer. ... It was same as web page. ... Very quiet, people are very polite and easy to access to Firenze.

It was not so much that the property was worse but that it was a building site. I presume this will be over by next season. The accomodation and hostess were extremely nice.

The host was very welcoming and offered helpful advice. She also lent us a map of the city. ... The host made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast every morning was wonderful. It was the best one we've had during our entire trip anywhere. The host was always accomodating and ready with good advice. She was very personable and very helpful. She made us feel welcome to utilize the facilities, such as the dining room and the parking lot, and to explore the grounds. However, a couple of things could have been improved, such as the beddings were not sufficient. More blankets would have helped esp. during this time of the year. Also, we had to make up the bed every morning as there is no service available for the bed and for the bathroom. Toiletries were not provided except for handwashing soap, and towels were not changed throughout the entire stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. ... The host was very gracious and allowed us to leave our baggages at the B&B even after we had checked out. This took off the pressure of lugging our belongings in the car while we finished tending to our last-minute business in town.

We arrived from the north east and it was very very difficult to find the vague directions in pitch dark in the evening. Subsequent to our getting lost other guests got very lost the next evening too. so, an improved map to the place is essential. It led to a lot of frustration.
